REVOLUTIONARY WAR PATRIOTS

By using the DAR books (3 vols) that provide a comprehensive listing of all Patriots, I was able to find a number of people who are also believed to be an ancestor of Carol or me. When at the DAR Library, I have attempted to have the supporting record for the Patriot recalled. At times, I find some interesting and informative information about the individual. This information is then stored within the hard copy folder for the family. In some instances, a pension application was approved.

A long range goal might be to submit documentation for entry into the SAR (Sons of the American Revolution) since neither Carol or my daughter have an interest in the DAR. I believe the SAR accepts DAR info for their applications.
